Yoga, paddleboarding and SUP Yoga are great ways to destress, build strength and gain mobility. People come for all sorts of reasons. To get fit, lose weight, become more flexible, sleep better, or improve their well-being. I teach a style of yoga called Vinyasa Flow, a practice that connects movement with the breath.

Trips and adventures… can’t beat them on a SUP. 2023 sees the return of the Lake District trips combining Kathy's paddle experience with yoga knowledge in conjunction with Josh of Rapid Skills. You can expect to learn paddling skills, and how to prepare and recover for paddling using yoga. 2023 also sees a repeat of the great 5-day SUP expedition with Rapid Skills along the Great Glen trail, connecting Fort William with Inverness by SUP, and the first 5-day SUP, Hike and yoga Lakes trip around Buttermere.
